Sonnige Aussichten bei Marcolin – das Unternehmen spezialisiert auf Eyewear, hat neben Brands wie 55DSL, Dsquared, Cavalli, Tom Ford, Kenneth Cole, Diesel oder Tods nun ab sofort auch Balenciaga im Portfolio. Somit sind meine Highlights (neben Tom Ford) vom Marcolin Showroom den ich letzte Woche besucht habe, wohl mehr als deutlich – Balenciaga Eyewear all the way please with a pinch of Tom Ford.

Trends die uns 2014 erwarten: Oversized Sonnenbrillen in allen Varianten – rund, eckig, cat-eye, metallisierte Gläser, außergewöhnliche Stoffe, Retro Motive – alles vorhanden. Neben Balenciaga hab ich mich so ziemlich in das Modell Carrie aus der Tom Ford Hollywood Collection verliebt – welche in heller Horn Optik und den runden Gläsern ein absolutes MUST ist.

The eyewear specialist got from now on Balenciaga in their portfolio beside the already noteable bunch of highlights like Diesel, Cavalli, DSquared, Tom Ford, Kenneth Cole and so on. The new Sunglasses Balenciaga Collection for 2014 reminds me very much of the Moncler Lunettes by Pharell (Chi already reported ’bout those). The look of the Balenciaga shades is a very spacy reinterpretation of some good old classics like the wayfarer or cat eye sunnies. Anyway beside the futuristic look of Balenciaga there is also the Hollywood Collection by Tom Form with the round, oversized Model Carrie which I am absolutely in love with.
