Matcha is actually one of the most exclusive green tea breeds worldwide. Originally coming from Japan this special Green Tea made its way to the world into the homes of many who take care of their wellbeing. The rich flavor of this special tea bread, with all of its vitamins and nutrients mixed with steamed milk looks like a beautiful pistachio macaron drink when it’s ready to enjoy…
The usual Matcha Green Tea Latte at Starbucks comes with 3 portions of syrup, normal milk and the matcha green tea powder, so be carefull while choosing the amount of syrup – it could taste veeery sweet and if you want a special kind of milk, you have to communicate that as well.. I drink my Matcha Green Tea Latte with Soya Milk and with one potion of syrup and still it is sweety tasting, maybe that will help you to find just the right amount of sweetness for you. I was also one of the lucky ones to taste the Matcha Green Tea Latte while having an exclusive Tour in Leopold Museum within the Exhibition: Japan – The Fragility of Existence. It was a lovely evening and the drink is the perfect change, when you are not in coffee mood!
