How lucky can a girl be actually? Well the answer is – to infinity and back! I was chosen among 1800 girls as one of five winners for a workshop with Boris Entrup at Maybelline Austria HQ! The best thing about the price, beside the fact that I spent the whole day with a very professional Star Make Up Artist and got the newest products from Maybelline, is that I got to take my BFF Eli with me! How cute is that please??? Our workshop went hardcore as we have chosen to squeeze Boris out with the most demanding tasks: (drums please) Smoky Eyes and Red Lips! No wonder we spent 4h painting on our face canvas…
Since you might know I am a make up artist myself, so it is always helpful to see over a professionals shoulder like Boris is! The most amazing tip that I am taking with me from this workshop is the DON’T DIP & DYE MASCARA SECRET! Let me share it with you: When having a new mascara, the brush tends to be overcharged with the mascara fluid. When that’s the case – do not rub the mascara on the edge of the mascara bottle! Brush it of your hand, or tissue, but do not leave it inside the bottle. WHY? Cause it will dry on the inner edge and when you dip your brush again – the particles will be pushed down the bottle and the mascara won’t last as long as it should! What a great tip right??? You just can’t complete the learning process ever! 🙂
