Early November I was invited to one of the biggest opening this month – DESIGUAL at the Mariahilfer Straße. I have to tell you that it was a real experiment for me, since I am not the typical DESIGUAL Girl. Although the store was already open for some weeks, it was my first time to visit it! The Shop is just huuuge and amazing! It was such a experience to explore the variety of the interiour design and the messages written all over…

I was very sceptic at the beginning, but very soon I felt really comfortable in the shop. It looks almost recycled and very hippie like – and I appreciate everything that is sustainable (I think it is our future if we want to keep up living on our planet!) . The dark concept used for Desigual Stores earlier was not present at all and this is one of the first stores to follow the new concept idea of Desigual Stores. Such an honor for Vienna, right! So it is no surprise that the Grand Opening was such a huge and really crazy party! 

The thing that amazed me most are the Desigual collaborations: Lacroix and Cirque de Soleil. I didn’t even knew, that they had something like this. As you can guess, although I was being very judgemental at the beginning – I found a lot of pieces to suit me at the end and although we got 2 pieces as a present – I managed to find at least 10!!! Yeah – I amaze me sometimes… I will not show you my pieces now, there will be a new post coming up! I want to show you the big store (shhhhhhh there is also an outlet on the 1st floor!) and to tell you that you have to visit it, only for the lovely experience…
